Kitchell Contractors named two new executives to leadership positions within the company. Phil Glenn was named vice president of operations and Aron Kirch was named regional executive – Arizona. Both are long-tenured employees with deep experience in healthcare building.
Glenn joined Kitchell in 2008 and has been the primary lead overseeing construction of the largest healthcare project in Maricopa County, Valleywise Health Medical Center. His experience extends to a wide range of projects in Arizona and California, mastering the art of collaboration to address challenges and formulate solutions.
Kirch began his Kitchell career as an intern 18 years ago while working on his degree in Construction Management from NAU. He has managed several complex healthcare projects on behalf of Phoenix Children’s, HonorHealth, Mayo Clinic and UCSD. He is an ASHE-certified healthcare constructor and a pediatric healthcare expert.
