Wade Milligan Named Partner of Hammes Healthcare

Wade Milligan has been named a partner at Hammes Healthcare. He joined the company in 2019 as a vice president where he led project management engagements for large, complex facility development projects in Tampa, Florida. In 2020, he was promoted to regional vice president, overseeing the company’s operations throughout the Southeast.

Milligan has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare facility development, including largescale hospital expansion and renovation projects. Before joining Hammes, he owned Cromwell Building Corporation, which he started in 2007. Cromwell specialized in construction management for healthcare and other commercial projects. Prior to starting Cromwell, he was a vice president with Turner Construction Company in Tampa, Florida.
