Three Construction Professionals Promoted at Ajax Building Company

Appie Wells has been promoted to vice president of operations. Wells has been with Ajax since 2016 and worked on many notable projects across the Southeast. As vice president of operations, he will be responsible for overseeing all of the company’s construction operations, which includes major public and private sector projects. Wells is also an adjunct lecturer in construction economics at Clemson University, his alma mater.

Troy Hernly has been hired to serve as Ajax’s Healthcare operations manager. Hernly has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, primarily in the healthcare and commercial sectors. As healthcare operations manager, he will oversee healthcare projects in the Southeast and ensure they are being built with quality and safety.

Rick Guerra has been promoted to director of field operations. Guerra has worked in the construction industry since 1982. He is particularly skilled at managing major projects and delivering successful results for the company’s clients.
