Sierra Spitluski, P.E., LEED AP BD+C, has been named an associate principal at P2S Inc. Specializing in mechanical project design and engineering 
project management, she has extensive experience with healthcare facilities design and code regulations; she manages a mechanical studio of 10 engineers in the healthcare group at P2S.
Her professional activities include serving as a corresponding member for the ASHRAE Technical Committee for Healthcare Facilities (TC-9.6) and ASHRAE Standing Standards Project Committee 170 for Ventilation of Healthcare Facilities. For the local ASHRAE SoCal Chapter, she is on the board as the director of public relations and the incoming treasurer.
