    Carlos N. Moreno, AIA, NCARB, has joined Perkins Eastman’s new Austin, Texas studio as associate principal.

    Moreno brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare design, research, programming and planning to advance the practice of medicine, both for public health and research & development.

    An avid researcher, Moreno continually explores trends and services in the industry to bring the most benefit to patients, practitioners and caregivers. His attention to technical issues and knowledge of regulations in acute care offer clients a high level of expertise and add value in the delivery of services.
