Healthcare Preconstruction Expert Joins Stevens Construction

Austin Davis has joined Stevens Construction as preconstruction manager.

Davis will develop preliminary to final estimates for all Orlando and central Florida projects, providing oversight for project conceptualization and constructability within the clients’ schedule and budget goals. Davis leads the entire subcontractor bidding process for all Orlando projects, ensuring all project scopes are complete while working with subcontractors on cost-savings suggestions.

Davis brings 18 years of commercial and healthcare construction experience to the Stevens Construction team with an emphasis in preconstruction. A LEED Accredited Professional, Davis earned his Bachelor of Science in building construction from the College of Architecture, Design and Construction at Auburn University.
