NBBJ Partner Teri Oelrich Becomes Fellow of Nursing Institute for Healthcare Design
Teri Oelrich, NBBJ partner who leads a team of eight nurses (plus over a dozen others, including analysts, strategists etc.) that provide healthcare consulting services to clients, has been elevated to a Fellow of the Nursing Institute for Healthcare Design. This makes her the only Fellow who works at an architecture or design firm.
The NIHD Fellows Program recognizes and appoints those NIHD members who have made proper application and demonstrated significant and sustained contributions to nursing, healthcare, healthcare design and NIHD.
Oelrich has more than three decades of experience in the industry; first, working as a nurse and then in facility utilization planning, financial feasibility and cost analysis, operations analysis and program planning, with both hospitals and freestanding clinics.
