Kahler Slater has welcomed Supina Mapon to the firm’s Healthcare Team as principal and strategic advisory services leader.
A seasoned healthcare consultant who began her career at Deloitte Consulting and healthcare intelligence firm, Sg2, Mapon is recognized for her ability to help healthcare clients navigate challenging environments to achieve transformational change and deliver optimal 
outcomes. She connects the dots between the built environment and traditional consulting, leveraging her expertise in predictive analytics and operational design to create strategic responses, enhance operational efficiencies and optimize care delivery.
She has applied this critical thinking to advise hundreds of health systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals and provider groups across five continents. Prior to joining Kahler Slater, she was one of the leaders of CannonDesign’s advisory services practice, where she was instrumental in building the practice from ground up and working alongside clients and design teams to ensure strategic and operational changes on planning and design were vetted before adoption.
Mapon received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
