The board of directors of Hammes Company has appointed Nancy Connolly as president.
Connolly joined Hammes in 2003 as a consultant and was later named partner. In 2016, she was promoted to senior vice president of operations for Hammes’ Eastern operations and worked with regional leadership and consulting teams to achieve strategic objectives.
During her 16 years with Hammes, Connolly has been involved in the planning and development of healthcare assets, including ambulatory network planning, business planning, site selection and project management for ambulatory facilities, hospital renovations and expansions and the development of hospitals in new markets and facility replacements.
Connolly graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College and earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing and corporate strategy from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
