Over the last eight years, Huffman has worked closely with UNC Hospital Systems as a senior project manager on the UNC Chapel Hill Cancer Hospital, UNC Imaging and Outpatient Center and UNC Hillsborough Hospital. As a healthcare project director, he will continue to oversee work for UNC Hospital Systems while assisting with Skanska’s plans to grow its healthcare business in North Carolina.
Jones has worked for Skanska for nearly nine years, most recently as the diversity manager for the Durham office. In her new role, Jones will be responsible for implementing internal and external supplier diversity education, assisting with diversity recruitment and collaborating with organizations to create workforce initiatives for small and minority-owned businesses in the Southeast.

Huffman graduated from Virginia Tech and lives in Chapel Hill with his wife, Andrea, and two children. Jones has two sons and currently lives in Raleigh with her husband, Lyndell.
