    Lisa Turturro Named Healthcare Practice Leader at Haley & Aldrich

    TurturroL_bio_copyHaley & Aldrich recently named Lisa Turturro, vice president and healthcare practice leader. In this role, she is responsible for understanding the unique challenges of the healthcare marketplace. Turturro will assist healthcare teams by focusing on enhancing overall service offerings across all stages of the built environment.

    Turturro has 16 years of experience working with healthcare clients on various types of projects. She has a technical background in geology and earth sciences, combined with diverse experience in project management, environmental risk management, regulatory program and healthcare facility design and construction.

    She is also an experienced Lean practitioner for organizations working in the built environment. Since 2006, her expertise has evolved to include training and facilitation in Lean process improvement, where she helps clients learn and apply Lean principles and tools to deliver increased value, reduced waste and cost and an enhanced ability to reach consensus and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

    Turturro holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from Vassar College and has completed graduate coursework in geology and hazardous materials management at the University of Texas and Tufts University.
