A new Executive Leadership Program, specifically geared toward healthcare industry leaders, is being offered in partnership with this year’s Healthcare Facilities Symposium & Expo.
Participants will learn how to distinguish their organization with sustained excellence and how to dramatically improve their organization’s performance—with patient safety, patient experience, staff retention, staff recruitment, satisfaction ratings, financial outcomes and community engagement. In addition, those attending will learn about how to prepare for the newest, emerging issues and challenges on the horizon, without—necessarily—the burden of a capital intensive investment. The program will be led by healthcare and design innovator Dr. Wayne Ruga.
For the past 15 years, Dr. Ruga, founder of the Healthcare Facilities Symposium, The Center for Health Design and The CARITAS Project, has collaborated with and trained international leaders in the practice of generative space. Today, the worlds of health, healthcare and design have been, and are being, transformed by Dr. Ruga’s original contributions. This is a space-limited opportunity to work directly and intensively with Dr. Ruga, and a small group of like-minded pioneers in learning a practical method that is a new, emerging, best practice in health, healthcare and design.
