AIA/FGI Webinar – The 2018 Guidelines: How to Use and Major Updates
FGI has collaborated with the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health to present a webinar on how to use the FGI Guidelines and major changes in the 2018 edition.

This webinar is comprised of two sections: a primer for emerging professionals on how to use the FGI Guidelines for Design and Construction documents for hospitals, outpatient facilities and residential health, care and support facilities and an overview of the major revisions in the 2018 edition of the Guidelines. Following the primer, Doug Erickson will highlight the newest guidance on topics such as accommodations for care of patients of size; accommodations for telemedicine services; imaging, examination, procedure and operating rooms and sterile processing facilities.
This 60-minute webinar is part of the HC 101 Series by the Academy of Architecture for Health designed to provide budding healthcare design professionals with conceptual and practical primer-level knowledge.
