    Archie Aamoth, MHA, Joins LEO A DALY as Vice President, Corporate Director of Healthcare Programs

    Archie_AamothOMAHA, Neb. — International architecture, planning, engineering, interior design and program management firm LEO A DALY welcomes Archie Aamoth, MHA, as vice president, corporate director of healthcare programs.

    Aamoth will be responsible for providing vision, strategic direction and thought leadership to advance the company’s healthcare program. As the leader of the LEO A DALY healthcare planning and design team, he will serve as a global resource on current and future industry trends, health system operations, delivery models and innovations.

    Aamoth has more than 30 years of experience in strategic, operational and facility planning for hospital and healthcare facilities.

    “Aamoth has demonstrated years of leadership and industry experience that will help build our best-of-class healthcare team, and we are confident he will bring new approaches to address our clients’ complex needs,” said Charles Dalluge, LEO A DALY’s executive vice president.

    Before joining the firm, Aamoth was vice president, director of strategic resources for Quorum Health Resources, Brentwood, Tenn., where he provided strategic planning services to more than 150 hospitals, and led product line planning, medical staff development plans, clinical affiliation and physician alignment strategies. Previously, he was a partner at Kurt Salmon Associates, Minneapolis, where he led strategic, operational and facility planning for academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, community hospitals and ambulatory centers.

    His past clients include The Cleveland Clinic, Loyola University Health System, Memorial Health University Medical Center, University of Minnesota Physicians/Fairview University Medical Center, The Bronson Healthcare Group, Intermountain Health Care and Parkview Health.

    Aamoth received a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from University of Utah and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from University of Minnesota. He has served as a speaker and educator for the Minnesota Hospital Association, the American College of Healthcare Architects, the American Institute of Architects Minnesota Chapter, the American Society of Healthcare Engineers and as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Minnesota’s hospital administration program.
