MADISON, Wis. — ERDMAN Company, a national healthcare consulting, planning, development and design-build firm, has hired Jim Berarducci as executive vice president. A senior-level healthcare professional, Berarducci brings more than 25 years of experience and extensive knowledge of healthcare strategy and master planning to ERDMAN. In his new role, Berarducci will be responsible for creating and growing client relationships and overseeing ERDMAN’s healthcare consulting, real estate and design-build services for those clients.

His extensive understanding of the issues healthcare organizations are facing will enhance ERDMAN’s ability to help their clients develop creative solutions.”
Berarducci has provided strategic planning, program and capital asset planning, and mergers and affiliations expertise to Kurt Salmon US, Inc. While there, he served as president of the company’s healthcare group and on the board of directors. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn.
