    ERDMAN Welcomes New Executive Vice President

    ERDMAN Jim BerarducciMADISON, Wis. — ERDMAN Company, a national healthcare consulting, planning, development and design-build firm, has hired Jim Berarducci as executive vice president. A senior-level healthcare professional, Berarducci brings more than 25 years of experience and extensive knowledge of healthcare strategy and master planning to ERDMAN. In his new role, Berarducci will be responsible for creating and growing client relationships and overseeing ERDMAN’s healthcare consulting, real estate and design-build services for those clients.

As executive vice president, Jim will focus on bringing ERDMAN’s full suite of services to his clients and will play a critical role in the continuation of ERDMAN’s strategy and growth,” says ERDMAN’s President and CEO Brian Happ.

    Board member of ERDMAN and retired president & CEO of Froedtert Health System, Bill Petasnick has worked first-hand with Berarducci. “Jim is a nationally known and respected healthcare consultant. He brings a broad set of experiences that will add to ERDMAN’s integrated approach to problem solving.  His extensive understanding of the issues healthcare organizations are facing will enhance ERDMAN’s ability to help their clients develop creative solutions.”   

    Berarducci has provided strategic planning, program and capital asset planning, and mergers and affiliations expertise to Kurt Salmon US, Inc. While there, he served as president of the company’s healthcare group and on the board of directors.  He holds a Master of Arts degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn.
