3 Healthcare Designers Promoted to Principals at Perkins Eastman
Maureen Carley-Vallejo, IIDA; Jana Silsby, AIA, LEED AP and Joanne Violanti, AIA, LEED AP, have been promoted to principals at Perkins Eastman.
Carley-Vallejo is the senior healthcare interiors leader across all offices at Perkins Eastman. Over the past 20 years, she has designed environments that humanize and elevate the overall experience for the firm’s most high-profile healthcare projects.
Silsby has more than 20 years of experience on a diverse portfolio of academic, residential and healthcare projects.
Violanti has more than 25 years of experience designing significant medical and laboratory facilities, where she has channeled her particular strength in delivering projects with demanding schedules, elaborate programs and complex technical requirements. As such, she is a leading member of Perkins Eastman’s technical leadership committee.
In addition to the newly promoted principals, eight employees were promoted to associate principal, 22 to senior associate and 48 to associate — totaling 81 promotions firm-wide.
