Twelve experts across the RTKL’s Healthcare team have received the Lean Green Belt for Healthcare certification by the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
The design process for healthcare is changing. RTKL recognizes the need for a process management strategy that utilizes a multidisciplinary team is critical. In efforts to drive sustainability and higher performance through its Operational Excellence service offering, RTKL will continue to invest in training and development that supports design improvements to eliminate waste, increase throughput and enhance value-added activities in a healthcare setting.
To build upon momentum, the firm plans to roll out multiple installments of IIE’s Lean Green Belt for Healthcare program globally.
