INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Two long-time Duke Realty employees – Ryan Rothacker and Mark Dukes – have been promoted to vice president regional asset managers. Rothacker will continue to lead Duke Realty’s Midwest healthcare region and also oversee the company’s healthcare properties in the Southern region. Dukes will lead the company’s East and Southeast healthcare regions.
Rothacker began his career at Duke Realty in 2002 as an assistant property manager in the Cleveland, Ohio office and was promoted to property manager the next year. In 2004, he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to manage the company’s Northwinds portfolio. In 2008, he was promoted to vice president of asset management and customer service and relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana to run the Midwest Healthcare Property Management group. Rothacker will relocate from Duke Realty’s corporate headquarters in Indianapolis to Dallas, Texas.
Dukes joined Duke Realty in 2006 in the role of vice president asset management and customer service for the Atlanta and Savannah office and industrial business units. That portfolio at one time totaled 19 million square feet, more than 100 buildings and over 300 leases. He also provided property oversight for the Atlanta healthcare facilities during much of that tenure. In 2014, he joined the healthcare group full time.
