Eric Dey has joined Leopardo Construction as vice president of operations for its Ohio office. He will oversee operational strategy, project execution and team development across Ohio.
Dey brings more than two decades of construction leadership experience, most recently serving as vice president of construction services at TriMark SS Kemp & Co., where he oversaw all construction operations.
Dey spent a decade with The Albert M. Higley Co., where he specialized in leading highly complex healthcare construction projects throughout Ohio. His portfolio includes major hospital expansions, occupied-space renovations and phased healthcare environments requiring extensive coordination, safety planning and stakeholder alignment. He is a Certified Healthcare Constructor and an active member of the American Society for Health Care Engineering.
