Catamount Constructors has acquired Freese Johnson, a full-service general contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia. The acquisition expands its presence in the Southeast, and enhances its ability to deliver construction solutions across healthcare, commercial, senior living and student housing markets.
Henry Johnson will serve as vice president of national client development. Johnson has nearly 29 years of construction industry experience, along with a proven track record of building lasting client relationships and driving strong business results.
Most recently, Johnson served as chief strategy officer at Freese Johnson. In this role, he led client strategy and growth initiatives in healthcare, commercial and student housing markets. Based in Catamount’s Denver, Colorado office, Johnson will support client engagement and business development across the company. In his new role, he will collaborate with teams throughout the organization to leverage his healthcare expertise and help expand opportunities in key markets.
