
JLG Architects’ Healthcare Project Architect Krin Berntson, EDAC, LEED AP, has recently earned her Evidence-Based Design Accreditation from The Center for Health Design. EDAC is a program that awards credentials to individuals who demonstrate an understanding of how to apply an evidence-based process to the design and construction of all settings that contribute to health, safety and well-being, including measuring and reporting results.
Berntson, a licensed architect in Minnesota and certified as a LEED Accredited Professional, has been a healthcare project architect at JLG Architects since September 2024. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1991, where she earned a Bachelor of Architecture.
In the field for 34 years, she focused on the production and technical end of project delivery, working directly with clients, consultants and leading internal production teams.
