Gilbane Building’s Transition Planning & Management business has welcomed Dena Carey R.N., MBA, as senior transition manager. With more than 20 years of clinical and operational leadership in healthcare, she brings a strategic, patient-centered approach to her new position.
Gilbane TPM specializes in large, complex, multi-phased projects, often in 24/7 operational spaces, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum readiness. In her new role, Carey will partner with healthcare organizations to guide operational transitions, develop training programs and ensure staff are equipped to thrive in new care environments.
Carey’s career spans clinical nursing, executive leadership and strategic program development. She is an active member of the National Institute for Healthcare Design and serves as a clinical advisor for Synova Associates, supporting nurse leaders in maternal and neonatal care.
