Construction firm Robins & Morton joined AdventHealth on Aug. 29 to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new medical office building on the AdventHealth Zephyrhills campus in Pasco County, Florida.
The facility will provide nearly 35,000 square feet of additional space, while offering patients more high-quality healthcare options close to home. The building will house primary care and multiple specialty physician offices, including cardiology, gastroenterology, general surgery and urology.
This groundbreaking reflects the needs of the area, as Pasco County projects a 40% increase in population by 2045.
The AdventHealth Zephyrhills Medical Office Building is expected to be complete in fall 2026. Robins & Morton is the general contractor for the project. HuntonBrady is the architect.
