Tom Redding has been promoted to executive vice president and healthcare practice leader at St. Onge Company, following the retirement of Sean O’Neill in December 2024.
Redding joined the company in 2007 as a project manager and during his tenure advanced through the ranks to senior managing director, partner, board member and now his latest role. He looks forward to collaborating with talented teams and clients to develop transformative solutions that enhance patient care and operational excellence.
With over 20 years of industry experience, 17 of those years with St. Onge Company, Redding has a keen focus on developing the operational and tactical plans to enhance the healthcare team’s strategic goals.
