A new Exalt Health facility has opened inside One Scottsdale Medical, a Class A multi-tenant medical building located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Exalt Health occupies approximately 50,000 square feet on the second floor of the 101,136-square-foot building and offers post-acute care rehabilitation services. Exalt Health brings approximately 200 jobs to this 48-bed location.
The building features unique design elements such as 16-foot floor-to-floor heights, a grand main lobby entrance and two covered drop-off/pick-up canopies, all of which are specially designed to improve patient experience and comfortability.
One Scottsdale Medical was built and developed by Ryan, and designed by Ryan A+E, Inc., the design studio of Ryan.
