
Melissa Keiser and Craig Laurie have been elevated to principals and owners of RBB Architects. With their extensive healthcare expertise and exceptional leadership, the promotions will further strengthen RBB’s vision. In addition, Shahram Etaat has been promoted to senior associate.

Melissa Keiser, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, joined RBB in 2010 as a BIM manager. In her 14 years with the firm, she has been performing project management duties for complex healthcare projects, including Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospital, Antelope Valley Medical Center and Harbor UCLA Medical Center.

Craig Laurie joined RBB before finishing college in 1994, and since then has been an essential part of the firm. He has 27 years of experience working on a wide range of healthcare projects across California. He is serving as the project manager for multiple ongoing projects at Mission Hospital, MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center, Valley Presbyterian Hospital, Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and LA County Department of Public Works.
Shahram Etaat, AIA, LEED AP, joined RBB in 1998 as a project architect. Throughout his 26-year tenure, he has been instrumental in managing the technical aspects of several healthcare projects. He is involved in multiple projects for Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
