Kristin Clements has been promoted to corporate director of safety for The Boldt Company. During her five-year tenure at the company, she has held positions as regional safety director in California and safety manager on the $158-million Sutter Health Santa Rosa Hospital Project in Sonoma County, California.
In her new role, Clements will inspire and build on a longstanding tradition of safety excellence. She will further the development of the regional safety directors across the company’s nationwide footprint, as well as oversee continuous improvement in safety construction methods, practices and culture.
“I look forward to continuing to drive our safety culture with initiatives that will make an impact,” said Clements. “As builders, our work is complex. It’s crucial to perpetuate a safety-first mentality in all areas of our organization. This requires a strong team environment, which I am passionate about building.”
