Off-Site Emergency Department in Pasco County, Florida Reaches Structural Completion
Robins & Morton joined AdventHealth to celebrate the topping out of the new Meadow Pointe off-site Emergency Room on Nov. 8 in Pasco County, Florida. The topping out ceremony signifies the structural completion of the project.
The more than 13,000-square-foot emergency department, strategically located in the rapidly developing area between AdventHealth Wesley Chapel and AdventHealth Zephyrhills, will have 12 patient beds, two triage rooms and will offer imaging and lab services.
Construction on this $26-million project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025. The opening of this new emergency department will also create more than 30 jobs in the Pasco County Community. Robins & Morton is the general contractor for the project. HuntonBrady is the architect.
