Steve Stecker, CHC, has been promoted to senior vice president of healthcare project development at Ryan Companies. He will lead business development efforts to further enhance the company’s diverse healthcare construction portfolio and sector-specific markets.
With over 35 years of industry experience, Stecker brings extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise managing healthcare and senior living projects.
Stecker will focus on identifying and pursuing healthcare third-party construction projects across the nation. His strategic approach aims to forge long-term partnerships and develop patient-focused facilities that align with clients’ needs.
By leveraging his background, he will guide owners and executives through comprehensive decisions related to land, design, construction, financing and operations. Stecker joined Ryan in 2014 and is a member of the American Society for Health Care Engineering.
