Construction has started on the Abrazo Health Litchfield Medical Building in Goodyear, Arizona. The facility will offer comprehensive rehabilitation services, including recovery support after traumatic injuries, cardiovascular surgery, stroke and advanced spine care.
It is first facility in Goodyear to combine a medical office building with an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in a single location. A pedestrian walkway will directly connect the new facility to the nearby Abrazo West campus, an acute care hospital campus.
The facility will house a 24-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital on its second floor. The project is expected to be completed in 2025. The project team includes Haydon, PMB, PMB Real Estate Services and Devenney Group.
