Serda Urganciyan, AIA, has joined Garden City, New York–based healthcare designer Studio 88 Architecture as partner and CEO.
Urganciyan’s completed project portfolio totals more than $15 billion in value. She has overseen numerous prominent, large-scale projects in New York City, including the $700 million NYU Langone Health Kimmel Pavilion expansion.
Studio 88’s current/recent work includes the Northport VA Medical Center ADA upgrades in Northport, New York; code reviews for the Long Island University Post College of Veterinary Medicine Learning Center in Medford, New York; and Westchester County Temporary COVID-19 Hospital and Infirmary/Protective Watch Unit, both in White Plains, New York.
