Construction management firm LF Driscoll has promoted several professionals and added a key leader, further strengthening the expertise and leadership across the company. The following are the most recent promotions and new hire focused on the healthcare market.
An integral part of LF Driscoll for 18 years, Michael Dikon, LEED AP BD+C, has been named a vice president of the company. Dikon has led the successful preconstruction of some of the largest and most complex healthcare projects in Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Matthew Guinan, a healthcare construction expert, has been promoted to vice president after 20 years with the company. Guinan has completed many large projects for both the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Penn Medicine. He is leading the construction of the new 1.5 million-square-foot patient tower for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
After an almost 20-year stint on the West coast, Michael Wolfe has re-joined LF Driscoll as a vice president. With a career in the construction industry that spans over 30 years, Wolfe’s experience leading largescale healthcare projects began in 1996 – after graduation from Penn State – and continued throughout the Las Vegas, Nevada; Phoenix, Arizona and San Diego, California markets.
