LS3P has named Esperanza “Espy” Harper, M. Arch, EDAC, SSGB as its innovation leader. Harper earned her Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. She has served as a senior medical planner with LS3P for the past five years and has been a trailblazer in “innovative thinking” when addressing design problems and processes. Harper has applied lean design principles and knowledge of planning and data management software dRofus to healthcare projects, while building that expertise in fellow team members along the way.
In her new role, Harper will be responsible for leading the company’s firmwide efforts in researching and developing transformative ideas and unique solutions for the industry. Harper’s 2024 quarter one goals include establishing an innovation pipeline, hosting “Fire Starter Sessions,” and promoting practice improvements.
