Victoria Navarro has been named vice president of design and construction for AdventHealth. Navarro will be responsible for the planning, aligning and monitoring of the design and construction function at AdventHealth, including establishing a Center of Excellence.
In collaboration with other functions, she will help to define a future state for design and construction aligned to the healthcare organization’s vision and mission. Navarro will report to Marisa Farabaugh, senior vice president and chief supply chain officer for the system.
Navarro has spent most of her professional career leading the planning, design and construction of healthcare facilities, like Advocate Aurora Health where she spent over 10 years providing strategic direction and oversight to both systemwide and regional-based capital construction projects and managing a corporate real estate portfolio.
