Belinda Young, AIA, LEED BD+C, Assoc. DBIA, has been promoted to regional leader for HOK’s Healthcare practice in San Francisco, California. She brings more than 25 years of experience in designing and leading complex healthcare projects.
In her new role, Young will lead HOK project teams, guide strategy, mentor staff and collaborate with other regional leaders to position for and pursue new work in California.
Some of Young’s notable projects in California include Stanford Medicine Children’s Health Specialty Services Center in Sunnyvale; the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford maternity unit in Palo Alto; the UC San Francisco Center for Reproductive Health; Dignity Health Saint Francis Memorial Hospital emergency department expansion and surgery remodel in San Francisco; and several recent projects for Kaiser Permanente including the Roseville inpatient bed tower expansion, the Roseville Riverside medical offices and the South Sacramento emergency department expansion.
