Tom Caplis has been promoted to senior vice president of The Walsh Group’s healthcare operations. He will continue to provide senior executive leadership over the firm’s national healthcare responsibilities, project teams and customer relationships. Caplis served as vice president of healthcare since 2015.
Caplis has spent his entire 22-year career at The Walsh Group, beginning as an intern and working his way through the project management ranks to become program manager, then vice president. Under Caplis’ leadership, the company’s healthcare volume of work has grown year-over-year and eclipsed $1 billion of secured new work in 2021.
