HDR has named new leadership in its Kansas City, Missouri office. Jacqueline Foy, AIA, ACHA, LEED AP, will serve as health principal; Erin Fogarty, CHID, NCDIQ, LEED AP, as interior design principal and Niyanta Gopal, NCARB, AIA, NOMA, LSSYB, as studio leader.

Foy has more than 20 years of experience, specializing in pediatric design, research and translational health science facilities. She is uniquely positioned to bring thoughtful and innovative design solutions to advance treatment, care and the healthcare experience in the Kansas City region.

Fogarty has more than two decades of experience in several healthcare typologies and a passion for pediatric interior design. She will set the interior design vision for the local interiors practice in alignment with company-wide design goals. The ever-changing nature of the healthcare industry motivates her to remain knowledgeable of the latest advancements and inspire an innovative spirit in project teams.

Gopal will help shape the future of HDR’s architecture efforts in the region and bring top talent to the firm. With more than 11 years of experience, she is passionate about creating environments that not only enhance the healing of patients and comfort of families, but also support care providers physically and mentally to allow them to deliver the best care.
