Tuyet Le has joined Gilbane as vice president of business development and strategy for its Western division, which includes business operations in California, Arizona and Nevada. In her role, Le will help drive strategic growth in the region’s healthcare, higher education, science & technology, commercial and aviation markets.
The position will leverage Le’s talent for building strong client relationships, having previously led the development and strategy to win prominent healthcare and science & technology projects. Bringing 25 years in the AEC industry, Le will work closely with department leaders to develop annual business plans and strategy. She serves as a mentor for high-performing professionals, coaching and leading effective teams. She will also serve as a champion to integrate operations, preconstruction and design.
