Work Begins on Wadley Regional Medical Center Replacement Hospital

Work has started on the Wadley Regional Medical Center replacement hospital in Texarkana, Texas. Construction will include a 250,000-square-foot hospital and a 160,000-square-foot medical office building, totaling 410,000 square feet of new patient care space on the campus. Estimated completion is December 2025.

The new facilities will offer a full range of services, including a 24-hour emergency room with expanded bed capacity, orthopedics, outpatient, cardiovascular, neurology and maternity care. The hospital will have 123 beds with the ability to expand to 291.

The project team includes Robins & Morton and ESa.
