The first edition of Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association’s newest initiative, the BHMA Codes in Context Report, has been released. This initial report addresses changes made to the 2021 International Building Code.
BHMA Codes in Context will be an ongoing series highlighting changes in building codes relevant to door hardware stakeholders. Each edition will include one-page Focus documents, which are in-depth summaries of each code update covered in the report. The nine Focus documents included in this first BHMA Codes in Context Report are:
