ECG Management Consultants has welcomed Kyrsten Johnson as a principal in its Strategy and Business Advisory Division. She will lead the company’s Activation and Transition Planning team, part of the ECG’s Facility and Capital Asset Planning practice.
She has two decades of experience in hospital transitions. Before joining ECG, Johnson was at City of Hope’s Comprehensive Cancer Center with a nine-person consulting team to activate $1.2 billion worth of capital construction projects on two campuses. Prior to that, she served as a program director at Kitchell/FDI Planning Consultants, leading the business planning strategy and marketing efforts for all the firm’s service lines and developing company-wide strategic initiatives.
Johnson also cofounded a women-owned healthcare consulting firm specializing in transitions that activated more than 4 million square feet of new healthcare facilities on over $4.2 billion in construction projects across the United States.
