Janet Lively McCauley has joined ERDMAN as vice president of healthcare business development. With a passion for creating lasting partnerships with clients, McCauley will be refining the business development strategy for the company’s healthcare division, leading the team’s efforts to 
connect and collaborate with healthcare leaders across the country and enhancing customer experience.
McCauley leverages over 20 years of business development experience, serving in executive roles for Schmidt Associates, Schaefer General Contracting Services, Sustain Energy Solutions, Harshaw Trane and TEG Architects.
Throughout her career, she’s developed core markets, built market awareness and enhanced companies’ reputations. In addition, McCauley has been a strategic and technical writer, contributing to multiple publications in the healthcare industry.
