Hicks Ventures Break Ground of $28 Million Inpatient Rehabilitation Factuality in Wisconsin
Hicks Ventures broke ground on its 42-bed, 53,000 square-foot, two-story inpatient rehabilitation facility in Wausau, Wisconsin. The facility will include rehabilitation services and an inpatient dialysis suite.
The $28 million development will be the first project in the $100 million programmatic joint venture between Hicks Ventures and an institutional real estate investment manager formed to develop national inpatient rehabilitation facilities and behavioral health hospitals.
The project team for the facility includes Environments for Health Architecture, Hunzinger Co. and the facility operator/tenant is PAM Health.
Completion is anticipated by September 2023.
