Ann Chu, Assoc. AIA, has joined SBLM Architects as the new director of the Healthcare & Wellness Studio in the company’s New York City office. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, Chu will lead the growth of the studio, expanding its project portfolio and design team. Previously, Chu worked for 25 years at a Long Island, New York-based architectural firm, which she joined in 1996. Through her work, she collaborated with almost every department of a hospital, accruing a roster of clients that includes NYU Winthrop C.S.S, Montefiore Medical Center and New York Presbyterian Queens.
At SBLM Architects, Chu will work on a wide range of healthcare and wellness projects, particularly those that utilize new technologies in radiology and hybrid operating rooms.
