Maggie Reed has been promoted to business unit leader for Gilbane Building Company’s Richmond, California office. In her new role, she will work closely with operations to enhance and expand client relationships, ensure the highest excellence in project delivery, and drive growth in diverse markets in both the public and private sectors.
As an industry veteran with 19 years of experience with Gilbane, Reed has most recently served as operations manager, leading high-performing teams and the construction of a series of complex projects including defense, healthcare, life sciences/laboratories, and international operations.
Reed holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pennsylvania State University and is a registered architect. She also maintains credentials for LEED ASHE Healthcare Constructor Certification Program and the Design-Build Professional Associate Program.
