Southland Industries has acquired the Brandt Companies, a mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor in Texas. The Brandt Companies are headquartered in Dallas and have offices in Fort Worth, Houston, Waco, Austin and San Antonio.
The acquisition unites a team of over 5,000 individuals across 35 states, with full-lifecycle expertise in a variety of markets, including healthcare. Services offered range from engineering through fabrication and installation, to post-construction services including operations, maintenance and energy services.
