Terence Boland, P.E., LEED AP, has been appointed shareholder at Fitzemeyer & Tocci Associates. Boland serves as principal and director of mechanical engineering, overseeing 
the HVAC, plumbing and fire protection technical services on a variety of projects, including inpatient and outpatient healthcare facility projects.
Boland is a registered engineer in multiple states with over 18 years of experience in the management and design of mechanical systems. He originally started as a project engineer at F&T and quickly rose through several engineering positions to director of mechanical engineering. Over the years he has mentored staff of all levels and developed valuable personnel management skills.
An active member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, he regularly speaks and writes on a variety of healthcare engineering topics. His most notable healthcare clients include Brigham & Women’s Faulkner Hospital, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
