New 3-Story Hospital to Offer Inpatient Rehab for Plano Community
Ground was recently broken for a new Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals location in Plano, Texas. The hospital will offer inpatient rehabilitation care for people with debilitating illnesses and injuries such as stroke and brain injury, as well as other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions.
The 55,617-square-foot, custom-built hospital will be built on 2.5 acres and include site improvements. It will feature 48 patient rooms; large, hi-tech therapy gyms and an outdoor courtyard for relaxation and therapeutic activities. The facility will also feature day-room areas and spaces for physical therapy, staff amenities, food service and dining and administrative offices.
Slated to open in early fall 2022, Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Plano will provide comprehensive inpatient physical-medicine rehabilitation therapies using results-oriented, individualized plans of care for patients.
The project team includes Adolfson & Peterson Construction, America Development & Investments LLC and BSA LifeStructures.
