Three-Story, 109,630-SF Outpatient Campus Opens Northeast of Detroit

Beaumont Health recently celebrated the grand opening of the Beaumont Health Outpatient Campus – Lenox, northeast of the Detroit metropolitan area in Michigan.

The three-story, 109,630-square-foot medical office building brings a comprehensive array of healthcare services to the community in the rapidly growing Macomb County market.

The Beaumont Health Outpatient Care Center provides a one-stop, amenity-rich, technology-enabled healthcare experience, including a 24/7/365 emergency department, specialty care and outpatient services.

The facility offers an optimized patient experience including a comprehensive digital directory upon entering the lobby, a concierge-style patient education center, collaboration areas, lab, pharmacy, Village Market Café and two-story glass atrium bathed in natural light.

The project team included healthcare real estate developer NexCore Group, architecture firm HKS Architects and general contractor Roncelli.
