Providence Family Wellness Center and Medical Office Building Tops Out

A topping out ceremony was recently held for a two-story, 118,060-square-foot integrated medical office building and wellness center on a 5.23-acre site in South Hillsboro, Oregon.

When its doors open, Providence Family Wellness Center and Medical Office Building will offer clinical services such as primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, sports medicine, women’s health, dermatology, cardiology, urgent care, diagnostic imaging and rehabilitation and sports therapy, as well as feature a wellness center.

Providence Family Wellness Center and Medical Office Building is scheduled to open at the end of May 2022.

The project team includes general contractor Mortenson Construction Company, Seavest Healthcare Properties and architect Ankrom Moisan.
